1. Introduction
TheEnterpriZe LLC is seeking proposals from qualified
accountants or accounting firms to provide comprehensive accounting services.
The selected provider will support our organization’s financial operations,
ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Scope of Work
- Preparation
and review of financial statements
- Bookkeeping
and general ledger management
- Tax
preparation and filing for federal, state, and local taxes
- Payroll
processing and related tax filings
- Financial
planning and budgeting support
- Assistance
with audits and financial reviews as required
- Advisory
services on financial and tax matters
3. Minimum
Qualifications
- Membership
in Association of Black Estate Planning Professionals
- Certified
Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent credential
- Minimum
of 7 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated
experience with social enterprises of similar size in the small trust
administration industry
- Strong
knowledge of U.S. Government Accountability practices and current
tax laws

Instructions
- Applications submitted to TheEnterpriZe, LLC will be reviewed by Managing Members followed by an invitation to a MICROSOFT TEAMS meeting. These meetings are generally scheduled on Mondays starting at 8:00 am ET.
