Atonement for 2.4 billion #Heirs of Salvation

#JoyToTheWorld -- Lord Jesus, as we rejoice in Your coming, let our joy overflow into acts of love. Teach us that true atonement transforms hearts and societies. May we, as Your people, rise together to end poverty and bring Your kingdom of justice and peace to earth. Amen.

A group of candles with different colors

By Eric Stradford, U.S. Marine Corps, Retired

Fiduciary Trustee, FAS2 Free African Society for the 21st Century

AMWS-FAS2, Sunday, December 13, 2026, Alkebulan – The #BlackJesus Family Trust Fund supports a one-year demonstration for financing United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 1.  The African Development Bank has been invited to partner with 2.4 billion #HeirsofSalvation to model a multi-donor thematic trust fund focused on resilience and youth entrepreneurship. It aligns with AfDB’s strategic priorities and UN SDGs 1 and 17, aiming to empower Generation Z and Alpha across Africa and the diaspora.

A $100 million crowdfunding campaign supports multi-year engagement culminating June 9, 2030, the Day of Pentecost.  #ThePentecostProject anticipates signs, wonders and miracles through cheerful giving by the planet’s youngest beneficiaries.

On this Third Sunday of Advent, the candle of joy signals #JoyToTheWorld —not a fleeting happiness, but a deep, abiding joy rooted in the promise of reconciliation. Advent values hope, peace, joy and love as community assets for #KingdomFellowship. A fifth candle, lit The Night Before Christmas, anticipates a supernatural atonement to restore what was broken between humanity and God. This gift of grace is not passive; it calls intentional engagement as agents of restoration in the world.

Atonement is not only vertical—between 2.4 billion #HeirsofSalvation and God—but also horizontal—between you and 8.2 billion neighbors you are supposed to love.  The miracle of #NoPoverty2030 #MissionPossible with #BlackJesus is neither ambiguous nor esoteric.

FACT 1: Christ’s coming reconciles humanity to God.

FACT 2: #MissionPossible is the heir’s endowed capacity to reinvest in those who suffer under the weight of poverty and injustice. #JoyToTheWorld becomes complete when it is shared, when the hungry are fed, the oppressed are lifted, and communities are sustained.

FACT 3: “The assistant director of the Office of Economic Opportunity, Hyman Bookbinder, in a frank statement on December 29, 1966, declared that the long-range costs of adequately implementing programs to fight poverty, ignorance and slums will reach one trillion dollars. He was not awed or dismayed by this prospect but instead pointed out that the growth of the gross national product during the same period makes this expenditure comfortably possible. It is, he said, as simple as this: “The poor can stop being poor if the rich are willing to become even richer at a slower rate.” Furthermore, he predicted that unless a “substantial sacrifice is made by the American people,” the nation can expect further deterioration of the cities, increased antagonisms between races and continued disorders in the streets. He asserted that people are not informed enough to give adequate support to antipoverty programs, and he leveled a share of the blame at the government because it “must do more to get people to understand the size of the problem.”

How can 2.4 billion followers of #BlackJesus end poverty?

#PrayerChangesThings

Social Action: “Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice.” — Philippians 4:4

Imagine 2.4 billion people of faith united under a shared vision of ending poverty, potential impact could be enormous. Here is one practical, boots-on-the-ground that such a movement could adopt:

1. Collective Resource Mobilization

The $100 m capital campaign is replicable.  It establishes AfDB Trust account for 100 Generation Alpha Reparations Trusts at $1 million each to include operating expenses for a Generation Z Trustee (See Diasbank 10-year 1 million SME Vision of the future).

The AfDB issues a $10k #BlackJesus credit card to the certified Gen X, Y CAM (adult grantee) and Gen Z Trustee advisory team. (See 7 Money-n-the-Bank advisors The Annual Youth Achievement Awards).

These funds could be directed toward youth-led SMEs supporting any of seven Whole of Government Economic Security sectors:

2. Global Advocacy and Policy Influence

2.4 billion people represent nearly 30% of the world’s population—a massive voting and lobbying power.

They could push governments and corporations to:

Implement fair trade policies.

Increase social safety nets.

Support universal education and healthcare.

3. Community-Based Action

Organize sustainable local initiatives:

Food security programs (community farms, food banks).

Skill-building workshops for sustainable employment.

Empower communities to become self-sufficient rather than dependent on aid.

4. Technology and Innovation

Use digital platforms to:

Connect donors directly with beneficiaries.

Share knowledge and resources globally.

Promote open-source solutions for education, agriculture, and healthcare.

5. Cultural Shift

Encourage values of generosity, stewardship, and equity.

Combat consumerism and redirect wealth toward impact-driven projects.

If this movement were well-organized, it could realistically eradicate extreme poverty within a generation. The challenge isn’t resources—it’s coordination, transparency, and accountability.

There has never been a shortage of resources…JUST RESOURCEFULNESS!

Manifesto of The Faithless Elector

By Eric Stradford, U.S. Marine Corps, Retired

AMWS, November 25, 2024, Atlanta -- I BELIEVE is the single most powerful statement of faith for trustees in a faith-based economy.  I BELIEVE there are at least 2.4 billion @followers of Jesus The Christ.  The Creator grants each believer 24 hours each day.  I can choose to make each day count.

Each year on November 22nd, I invite friends, kin, followers and foes to believe anything is possible.  I am the youngest of five sons born to The Reverend James Milton and Alma Catherine Stradford.  Today, I awakened to a believer’s perception of reality.

It is the first day in the remainder of my temporal economy.   I woke up.

That may not be my reality once some folks hear what I have risen to declare in the name of #BlackJesus, Amen.   Our task is to declare but not necessarily decree #NoPoverty2030 #MissionPossible.

Declaration and decree are powerful concepts. They involve speaking forth (articulating a perception of) God’s truth and declaring His promises with confidence and authority.  When decreeing, the onus is on us to cause it to happen, whereas asking (seeking God’s approval) respects God’s power to bring it to pass.

§  a declaration states something that already exists.

§  a decree calls things that are not as they are.

DECLARATION OR DECREE?  FULL FAITH AND CREDIT CLAUSE

Faith means being sure of the things we hope for. And faith means knowing that something is real even if we do not see it.  Most of my 3000 Facebook Friends believe they have faith. This means that what we see was made by something that cannot be seen.

300 of my 3000 Facebook Friends thought it not robbery to wish me a happy birthday.  Within that ten percent subset of friends-n-kin are some hard-core believers I value as winners.   By faith winners understand that the whole world was made by God.  Our small, but highly favored group has not set out to become famous, just faithful.

People who lived in the past became famous because of faith. Depending on the narrative one chooses to believe, Noah was, reportedly, a man who pleased God.  No evidence in the Hebrew narrative suggests he cheated on his wife, sexually assaulted women or tried to steal an election.  According to published reports, he walked with God.

After Noah was 500 years old, he became the father of Shem, Ham and Japheth.  A hundred years later, the family was forced to evacuate due to a devastating forecast of a 150-day flood.

After the flood, Noah’s three sons set out to repopulate the Earth.  Scholars of history, geography and religion have since intwined their findings into enduring conflicts of racism, poverty and war.

DECREE OR DECLARATION? Faithless Elector

According to published news reports, Convicted Felon Donald Trump won the 2024 election for President of the United States of America. These reports are premature since the Electoral College has not yet voted for 47th President of the United States.

Framers of the United States Constitution such as Franklin, Jefferson, Adams and Hamilton incorporated their individual beliefs into an evolving model for faith-based governance. The United States Constitution articulates common vision for diverse, religious influences by codifying diverse beliefs as “WE THE PEOPLE.”

FACTS: TIME IS MONEY!!!

Every four years, Americans rediscover the 538-member mechanism that the Constitution (Article II, section 1 and Amendment XII ), federal statutes, and state laws prescribe for selecting the president. Electors rarely appear on ballots, but when voters pull the lever for president and vice president, they are actually voting to authorize competing slates of electors who will cast the official votes at a later date. The founders envisioned electors as free agents, selected by the voters to be what Alexander Hamilton described in Federalist 68 as “men most capable of analyzing” presidential candidates. Over the years most have forgotten that electors are actual people, and the Founders’ vision has morphed almost uniformly into 538 party-selected, faceless robots.

The influence of Artificial Intelligence on the outcome of the 2024 General Election raises cause for investigation into laws governing the common values of the American people.

DECREE OR DECLARATION? Full Faith and Credit Clause

There is no Constitutional provision or Federal law that requires electors to vote according to the results of the popular vote in their States.

§  Article IV, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution, known as the “Full Faith and Credit Clause,” requires each state to recognize the laws, judicial decisions, and public records of the other states. This section helps ensure that court decisions made in one state will be recognized and honored in every other state. One purpose for this is that it prevents someone from moving to another state to avoid a court judgment, or to file a new lawsuit in an attempt to obtain a more favorable outcome on a matter that has already been decided. To explore this concept, consider the following Full Faith and Credit definition.

§  Article IV, Section 2 -- A Person charged in any State with Treason, Felony, or other Crime, who shall flee from Justice, and be found in another State, shall on Demand of the executive Authority of the State from which he fled, be delivered up, to be removed to the State having Jurisdiction of the Crime.

ALLEGED FACTS in this congressional inquiry are as follows:

Alleged January 6th sympathizer Marjorie Taylor Greene reportedly defeated Black Farmer and Retired U.S. Army Brigadier General Shawn A. Harris to represent Georgia’s 14th Congressional District.

The 14th district was established January 3, 2013, from portions of the old 9th and 11th districts following the 112th Congress, based on the 2010 census.

·        Barack Obama (D) was President of the United States.

·        Joe Biden (D) was President of the United States Senate.

·        John Boehner (R) was Speaker of the United States House of Representatives.

The total number of days between today November 25, 2024 and January 6, 2025 is 267 days.  In 267 days, a majority 270 of 538 electors of the Electoral College will vote to elect the 47th President of the United States.

The United Nations has asked Retired U.S. Army Brigadier General Shawn A. Harris (Shawn), me and 2.4 billion believers for help on 17 SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS.  I BELIEVE All Things are Possible.  I invite any beneficiary of the world’s stolen people to put collective faith to make #MissionPossible.

Brigadier General Shawn Harris, U.S. Army, Retired “I would strongly encourage every veteran to get involved in some form of agriculture. New mission… Feed America and the World. Farming will keep you busy, give you purpose and help you focused on achieving your goals. Yes, raising cattle is difficult but very rewarding. My message to all my fellow veterans is to stay focused and keep running. If you need help or advice, reach out.” #veteranstofarmers #NoPoverty2030 #MissionPossible.

In the United States Electoral College, a faithless elector is generally a party representative who does not have faith in the election result within their region and instead votes for another person for one or both offices, or abstains from voting.

FINDINGS from this congressional inquiry support an unprecedented grassroots, national security action to ensure the peaceful transfer of political power.  Voluntary resignation by Ms. Marjorie Taylor Greene would save taxpayers the cost of investigating Greene and fellow insurrection sympathizers perceived to have been elected to the 119th U.S. Congress.

Open Letter To The President of the United States

How to do right by the world’s poor?

By Eric Stradford, U.S. Marine Corps, Retired

AMWS, October 1, 2024, Atlanta – According to the United Nations, nearly half of the world’s population lives in poverty, with over 800 million people in extreme poverty.  Extreme poverty is defined as surviving on less than $1.25 a day.  The goal of the U.N. and its partners is to eradicate poverty everywhere by 2030, as part of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). The United States of America is one of 193 member states of the U.N. today.

Howard Buffett, 69 is Warren Buffett’s son.  According to Fortune Magazine, Howard will be trusted with his dad’s $144 billion fortune.   He says its ‘not so easy to give away money’ if you want to do it right.  Original trustees for Buffet’s 68 billion trust might agree.   I believe Howard is wrong.  On any given day, any two of 2.4 billion followers might simply draw on the endowment, “all things are possible.”  I am one of them.

Community Reinvestment is as easy as declaring #NoPoverty2030 #MissionPossible in the name of #BlackJesus if y’all ain’t scared.  It requires believing in the mission, speaking (or writing the vision) and putting a plan in action.  In other words, what are you going to do about it?  So, what is it that frightens Warren, Donald, Diddy, and the top two-percent account holders of the world’s Money-n-the-Bank?  Debt Forgiveness!

As Americans count the days to vote for the next U.S. president, the current president, is also one of 2.4 billion followers of Jesus The Christ through whom ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE.  President Joe Biden is pressed to make good on a campaign promise for Healing The Soul of America.  On October 13-15, President Biden was to meet with President João Lourenço of Angola.  The rescheduled mission, now set for after the U.S. elections has no clear agenda other than signaling a shift in succession as usual. If it happens, it will be the 46th president’s first visit to Sub-Saharan Africa since taking office.

Candidate Donald Trump did not travel to Africa.  Vice President Kamala Harris has already visited Sub-Saharan Africa and pledged $100 million during a week-long three nation tour.

An Invitation to One Nation Under God

Generation Alpha is the term used to describe the generation of people born (or who will be born) between 2010 and 2025. They are the demographic cohort succeeding Generation Z. They are the first generation born entirely in the 21st century and the third millennium.

Their parents are mostly Millennials, and their older siblings are Gen Zs. These tech-savvy digital natives and are already proving themselves worthy of global investment.  They are the bridge between dreaming the impossible and getting things done.

In Sub-Saharan Africa, two or more Generation Alpha believers are on a mission to engage 2.4 billion followers in declaring UNSDG Goal 1 of 17, #NoPoverty2030 #MissionPossible.  The United Nations believes $3.3-4.5 trillion USD per year is needed to achieve the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).  A bottoms-up needs assessment might support the belief, "Ending poverty is not a gesture of charity, but an act of justice."

The President of the United States is Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. Armed Forces.  On his way to Africa, President Biden is invited to partner with Generation Alpha Secret Millionaires.  As such, a sole source defense contract through AFRICOM might signal immediate support for declaring #NoPoverty2030 #MissionPossible.

Mr. Buffett or any responsible citizen might simply invest $1 to $144 billion in the established crowd-funding campaign.

An Invitation To #InGodWeTrust

#BlackJesus is a faith-based spiritual value common to a family of Free Africans. The spirit of the original Free African Society, an American Value or (Common Vision), is undervalued in the U.S. Federal Debt as Stolen Peoples’ Equity.

The number of Christians around the world has nearly quadrupled in the last 100 years, from about 600 million in 1910 to more than 2 billion in 2010. But the world’s overall population also has risen rapidly, from an estimated 1.8 billion in 1910 to 6.9 billion in 2010. As a result, Christians make up about the same portion of the world’s population today (32%) as they did a century ago (35%).  Debt-forgiveness and caring for the poor are among the key deliverables in a single command to “love one another.”

534 million of the 1.1 billion poor people live in Sub-Saharan Africa. In contrast to the Middle East, religion is not so much a source of conflict as a source of hope. Religious leaders and movements are a major force in civil society and a key provider of relief and development for the needy, particularly given the widespread reality of failed states and collapsing government services. The number of Muslims living between the Sahara Desert and the Cape of Good Hope has increased more than 20-fold, rising from an estimated 11 million in 1900 to approximately 234 million in 2010. The number of Christians has grown even faster, soaring almost 70-fold from about 7 million to 470 million. Sub-Saharan Africa now is home to about one-in-five of all the Christians in the world (21%) and more than one-in-seven of the world’s Muslims (15%).  Depending on an institution’s religious doctrine, a vast majority of Free Africans, be they Christian or Muslim, relate or are related to God living within them.  Translation of the word FAITH to some 2100 indigenous languages begins to measure the loss due to European colonization.

But, if there is a will, there is a way.

Healing The Soul of America – The Biden Administration negotiated a strategy with the U.S. Congress concerning an increase in the U.S. debt ceiling.  The two branches agreed to decide later. This action demonstrates the aphorism, Time is Money as an historic American value.

United States Africa Command (africom.mil)  General Langley briefs U.S. Congress on Whole of Government Security.  The concept is perhaps more realistic from an African perspective rather than American.  General Langley’s “Learning Journey  may have revealed a path toward healing America’s soul and securing world peace.

Veterans | TheEnterpriZe – TheEnterpriZe LLC is an SBA Certified Veteran-owned Small Business It seeks to sustain a 1985-day mission (January 1, 2025-June 9, 2030) to engage faith and government partners in declaring #NoPoverty2030 #MissionPossible.

Youth Achievers USA Institute (youthusa.net) – Qualifies Gen Alpha “believers” as Secret Millionaires committed to “Cheerful Giving” to achieve #NoPoverty2030.

Free African Society (FAS2) – The YouthUSA grant-making strategy develops FAITH FAMILY TRUSTS as the sustaining foundation for a youth-led joint venture.

Since World War II, the US has provided more foreign aid to Israel than to any other country. Israel received the second-largest amount of US aid in 2022 after Ukraine, where the US committed $12.4 billion. The two countries received 4.8% and 18.1%, respectively, of all foreign aid granted that year.

A $1 billion commitment to Ubuntu development would signal a shift in America’s foreign policy priorities from war to peace.  Components for a replicable 5-year $100-m Whole of Government Security demonstration begins with a sole-source federal contract to a U.S. SBA certified veteran-owned small business for small trust development.

A total of 10 FAITH FAMILY TRUSTS over a 5-year timeline models intergenerational capacity building across Sub-Saharan Africa.  Each of 10 FAITH FAMILY TRUST translates the word FAITH into an indigenous African language.

IMMEDIATE ACTION: President Joe Biden’s Staff for Africa Mission – Declare #NoPoverty2030 #MissionPossible in the name of #BlackJesus.
